SBOL LibrarylibSBOL - Java implementation of the SBOL Core Data Model. The library supports serialization and deserialization of core data model objects in XML and RDF formats. The Java version of libSBOL is under development and can read and write SBOL in XML format. Please contact Michal Galdzicki or Cesar Rodriguez if you have questions about this project.
In addition to the Java version there is also a preliminary version in C/C++ written by Deepak Chandran that can read and export RDF.
